What’s your return policy?

It is advisable to open The Product before courier delivery person and if you found any damage it should mention on sheet while you sign the “POD”. Pls take a snapshot of the POD and send us ASAP It helps you to settle the claim easily and fast.

Pls open and check ur product within 24 hours after you receive it. Buyer can return The Product if it has manufacturing defect like it comes in dead or it reach in damage condition.

Before return pls call our customer support and update about the issue within 36 hours. You may also be ask to send some images for the same.

For Live Plants the claim should be raise with proper Images within 24 hours.

We may cancel and refund the order if the pincode is not servicable or in remote areas for perishable products.
