We ship only in India and for domestic (India) buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 2-4 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address or shipping address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times.

  • The day your order ships, you will receive an e-mail containing your item numbers and tracking number so you can make arrangements to sign for your order upon scheduled arrival.

– Free Shipping is applicable on every order above 800/- (Except bulk items)

– Purchasing Below 800/- shipping charge will be applicable 80/- flat rate.

– Rs. 50 applicable for Cash On Delivery (COD) payment method. Order below 1000/-

– In India, some state governments levies the Octroi charges when the product enters the state.

– The Octroi or any other local taxes is payable by the recipient at the time of delivery. The courier may collect the amount from the recipient at the time of delivery.

  • We can’t ship the product till payout or remittance process complete.
  • Aquatic live Plants

For Perishable Items like aquatic Plants n fishes Additional Packing and Shipping charges will apply, based on the volumetric calculations of the logistics company.

Plants Order may take time as we ship Plants only on Wednesday or Saturday. If your order on Monday to Saturday your order will ship on next Wednesday or Saturday.


  • All plants are shipped via Express Service for faster delivery, but for remote area or in bad weather conditions it may take time.

– Though we are not responsible for delays by Courier as this is out of our span of control

– We will not be responsible for plants arriving in bad condition due to Courier delays or because it was sent via Normal courier if Express Service to a location not available

If the coustomer is rechable in over night journey, for urgent delivery to our valluable costomer we may ship the producers through private parcel Service.


Refund & Cancellation Policy

We love to get it right for you, every single time you trust us with your purchase. We want you to have an absolutely headache-free shopping experience.

We assure you that all products sold on are brand new and 100% genuine. In case the product you have received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’, our Free & Easy Returns promise has got you covered.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online before product Dispatch. Your order amount will be refunded in your original payment mode by payment gateway. Pls note once we process the amount will be transfer by the respected payment gateway as per their terms & conditions, aquadunia or its owner doesn’t control its timeline.

In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

When are returns not possible?

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame
  • Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it
  • Specific categories like Live plants.
  • Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
  • Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories.


  • The refund will be take place only when we get back our product with original packing and sealed condition.
  • 4% Cancellation charges will applicable in case we pack the product for dispatch.
  • Payment gateway charges, shipping charges and other applicable charges would be applicable to buyer, If order cancelled.
  • Amount would be refunded only through the same mode used while ordering.
  • Refund time would be applicable as per payment gateway policies.
  • As the buyer gets refund mail from the payment gateway or refund transaction ID that means the amount is already with the payment gateway banking system. So pls be sure that amount is in safe hand and refund process has started. Calling again n again for the same brings nothing.
  • Sometime payment gateway May take some extra time to refund the amount which is not in our control. Though we can only communicate with the payment gateway company. Aquadunia never take any responsibility about functional delay from payment gateway.
  • The payment gateway we use are controlled & works under RBI guidelines.
